The amount of pressure needed to drive blood from your heart into your arteries is measured by your blood pressure.Your heart pumps blood out through arteries, and those arteries return that blood to the heart to be picked up again.

Having too low of blood pressure can lead to a number of issues. For instance, if your blood pressure is low, you might experience lightheadedness, dizziness, or even fainting. A heart attack or stroke may result if it is high enough. There are some natural treatments you may use if your blood pressure is low.

1. Take a warm bath with Epsom salts or sea salt and lemon juice.

2. Mix four tablespoons of yogurt with one tablespoon of honey and two teaspoons of ground flax seed (or chia seeds). For a whole week, consume this with an empty belly daily morning.

3. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of hot water, drink half of it before bedtime and continue drinking the rest every night until your symptoms improve (you may have to repeat this process several times).
