Placing higher values on experience than qualifications.

It's important to place higher values on experience than qualifications. For example, if you have a lot of experience working with people but no qualifications, you still have so much to offer. You can help people and make them feel good by being there for them. The fact that you are not officially trained in psychology doesn't mean that your skills aren't as valuable as someone who has a degree in the subject.

Experience is probably more important than qualifications if you want to work in an area that requires a lot of creativity or innovation. This is because experience allows you to draw conclusions and make decisions based on past experiences, rather than just relying on information gleaned from books or lectures. An employer has two different ways to evaluate an employee: by experience and qualifications. If the employee has both, the employer can choose to give a higher weight to one over the other. But in general, an employer will place a higher value on experience than on qualifications, because it takes more time to get experience than to gain qualifications.
