Some employees are definitely not happy with the present environment they call workplaces. So many things constitutes an effective and peaceful working environment that is considered to be suitable and conducive for employees to carry out their roles and duties being assigned to them by their superiors or manager. Below are some of the issues many employees faces in their workplaces which their employers of superior definitely not know about:
* Discrimination: it is absolutely very bad to discriminate a fellow employee in a business setting and that is because that could totally lead to the distorting of teamwork and group progress in the business organisation. Discrimination in a business organisation usually emanate from tribal differences, language differences, or mere hatred. And when an employee is discriminated by other employees, he or she feels isolated and unwanted.
* Underpayment: it may not obviously worried the superior of a business organisation on why his or her employees should be underpaid, and that is possibly because he or she only views the employees or workers in his or her business organisation as a means to an end which is only to generate income for him or her being the manager of business superior.
* Bullying and sexual harassment: workplace bullying and sexual harassment are usually practiced by male co-workers towards female co-workers, and this could be a problem for the bullied or sexual harassed employee as he or she wouldn't feel comfortable in performing his or her role and assigned duties.
