Just like in the traditional job market, working online also is not a lofty area, there are lot of issues. I have issues with low-paying tasks and jobs, the tough competition on job sites where you end up lowering your rate for securing the contract, and the lack of financial security despite working hard and still earning money. The online work can also feel repetitive and monotonous, leading to burnout, and spending long hours on tasks that don't pay well can take a toll on your health. However, when given the choice between offline and online work, I prefer online work for several reasons. I don't have to commute, which saves time and money, and I can work flexible hours.
