A lot of people believe that the manager of a business should necessarily be the owner of the business but to be sincere is that mandatory and paramount because I personally have been to a business organisation where the business manager is so much different from the individual who is the owner of the business but to some extent they do things hand in hand so hard to support their financial and physical growth of the business organisation and its foundations . Not everyone who established a business is good at managing a business . A business manager could be the owner of a particular business organisation or firm , but a business owner may not necessarily be the manager of the business organisation , but definitely sits and rests on a recognisable and noticed position in the business organisation .
It actually could be very easy for an individual to own and to establish a business organisation especially if he or she definitely has the requisite capital and financial capabilities to do so but to manage a business and controlling it in the direction that leads to achieving organisational wealth and reaching greater and higher heights requires a whole lot of work and a whole lot of brain and physical power and strengths . If an individual intends to establish a business therefore being the owner and being the manager he or she must be more focused on the managing of the business than on the actual establishment of the business .
