Talking about whether leadership is a learned skill, well in my own view and perspective, there are some individuals born to be naturally leaders, but we need to understand the leading an economy or country is definitely different from leading a business organisation.

As I already mentioned, a manager can definitely play the role of a leader, and that is because there was absolutely no much difference between a manager and a leader. The manager or leader must be a skilled and trained individual in business administration. He must have undergo all necessary qualifications that totally makes him not only a manager but also a qualified leader. Many are natural Born leaders, but in my own view and perspective that is only for economic leadership or come true leadership but in the case of business leadership and individual need to the skilled and need to be trained on how to motivate, encourage, and disseminate personnel's that comes together to achieve business goals and objectives. In a business organisation leadership is absolutely very paramount and in most cases the leadership for the particular business organisation is usually carried out by the business manager or by the business director. However like you have already mentioned there are some business organisations in which leadership is totally separated from management or even ownership.

There are so many leadership training institutions in which individuals can totally enroll themselves to be skilled leaders in businesses. Although it may not be easy for them to be trained and to be experience in business leadership, but the sacrifice they have made towards being trained and experienced on how to lead in business is definitely worth it.
