As the owner, manager or runner of any sort of business such that you have employees under you, there is a need that you have inherently possessed what is termed as leadership skills and qualities. But then when you discover that you do not possess those skills naturally, then there is a need for you to intentionally subject yourself to learning those skills as they are very basic and necessary in order to enable you discharge some or probably all of your duties efficiently.
