It is absolutely nothing new that the act of business management is so much similar to the act of leadership. And just as a leader puts the interests of his or her subjects before his or her own interests, same is also applied to a business manager who endeavours to put the interest of others possibly his or her employees and clients or customers. A business manager is expected to exhibit and reflect leadership qualities and attributes such as being understanding, approachable, and realistic when carrying out his or her responsibilities possibly with his or her employees and also with his or her clients and customers. It is absolutely possible for a business to go bankrupt or liquidated when the manager of the business failed to exhibit good and expected leadership qualities just like the ones listed above . A good scenario can be clearly seen in a situation where a particular business manager is always rude and never understanding towards his or her employees and clients or customers. This can totally chase away the trust and loyalty of the business clients and customers and also this could lead to some of the business employees filing for a resignation of their contracts as an employee possibly because they cannot stand a situation or condition working for such an annoying, rude and arrogant individual.

In such a situation the business suffers the consequences, and one of the consequence or repercussions suffered by businesses in such condition is always bankruptcy and liquidation.

Being a business manager totally put you in a situation of becoming a leader and almost every activity and responsibilities carried out by a business manager is considered to be the same responsibility to be carried out by either a religious or political leader. Poor leadership in business organisation by the business manager can lead to the business bankruptcy and liquidation. Business bankruptcy and liquidation is absolutely something no business owner wishes for his or her business but one of the main reasons why this happened is because the business owner is absolutely not stable in coordinating they organised and joint participation of his or her organisational employees and workers.

As a result of poor business management and leadership the business may be unable to be ascertained whether it is absolutely making profit or possibly running on your loss. Poor business leadership could be the main reason why a business fail in proper documentation of business monetary conditions and events for future retrieval when needed.
