There is absolutely no much difference between leadership and management of a business and in fact everything that leadership means totally also refers to what management itself stands for. It is absolutely possible for a business to go bankrupt if the business managers and owners fail to exhibit good and effective leadership skills. Some of this leadership skills mandatory for all business owners to exhibit which could one way or the other lead to their business success and prosperity include: understanding, approachable, and being realistic. There are more to this, but the ones listed above are considered to be the most important. A business owner is 100% expected to be understanding especially towards his or her employees and workers. And understanding manager or business employer will be able to assign task and responsibilities to his employees and workers not beyond their capability and ability but rather according to their ability and what they can possibly do.
Although being industrious and hard-working is also one important quality that should be exhibited by business managers, but being approachable and realistic also counts. And approachable and also a realistic business manager is always sincere and honest and the fact that he or she is approachable and realistic, and not rude or cruel makes his or her employees and workers feel at home around him or her, it also makes his business employees and workers experience satisfaction and comfortability while carrying out their organisational day-to-day responsibilities and duties.
