There are many ways that we can use to avoid being obese like eating different varieties of fruits vegetables proteins regularly and consume less bad fats and more good fat because it is not all fat that it is bad fat like dietary fat and polyunsaturated fat help us to improve our cholesterol level and reduce obesity risk and we should also make sure that we consume less processed sugar fruits because they are high in fat salt sugar which can encourage overeating and increase the risk of being obeseand you should also engage in regular aerobic activities for like 30 minutes daily because it will help you to burn all the calories in your body which will help you to maintain your weight and keep fit and avoid eating high calories food so that you would have high cholesterol in your body if you can do all this I guess you'll be able to avoid being obes because when you are obes it causes the health to develop different kind of diseases like diabetes stroke high blood pressure a disease mental health conditions fatty liver disease and stroke so by focusing on obesity prevention it will help us to prevent the development of all these diseases

I believe being obese some times use to be hereditary may be from fathers side or mothers side a times.
Also some times many people who are found of eating junk food are very liable to get fat quickly. So I think one should stay away from eating those food that contains fatty things.

if you want to avoid her face you have to cut off or calories food or trans fat and saturated fast because those are the food that makes you to gain weight so avoid all this junk food as well as they also increases calories in the body should also make sure that we're engaging morning workout so that it will help to burn cholesterol in the body so you will be fit and healthy eatingof fruits and vegetables also help you to lose weight because it doesn't contain calories to eat to help you to maintain your weight

To avoid obese you have to abstain from alcohol because it's dangerous and it adds to the fats in the body which is not good also you have to abstain or stop the excess intake of junks because junks contain sugar and sugar adds weight to the body which can cause obese also eat enough fruits because they are good for the body and eat food that is Rich in balance diet also engage in exercise they help to release excess fat in the body
