The employer isn't a novice he or she knows that it isn't easy working with adults that are already set in their ways. But if you show that you are teachable and can adjust to the demands of the new job then yiu might be considered than others.

So how will you show in your resume that you are a teachable person and that you can drop your ego and pride and adhere to ehst you would be tsught and instructed without stress. You should do the following with your resume

Use tough reference that would show you can't be under them and not learn to adjust to good attitude. This will go a long way to show you can adapt to new situations.

In your resume, it is expected to show your disciplinary level in other places you've worked before, via the past experiences section. You can also show for award you've collected as a result of maintaining good behavior in the workplace. The resume alone can't cover up for the job we seek for, the performance does, because you'll be interviewed and when you're teachable through things you express when the panel throws questions to you. It is expected of the job seeker to be well prepared before coming to seek for a job because interview will always follow when it is a well paid job.
