Kudos on getting that new client! It's time to start thinking about how you're going to keep them around. Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Make sure you actually know your client. Don't just make assumptions or ask one person on their team what they want, ask everyone. Doing so will make them feel listened-to, and they'll be more likely to come back to you in the future.

2. Be proactive about communication. Let them know when you're having challenges, and be sure to let them know about any achievements early on. This gives them the opportunity to correct any challenges you're facing before they become serious issues, and it rewards them for choosing the right company by giving them early insight into the successes of your work together.

3. Give them incentives for sticking with your company long-term. These can include discounts or other special offers that reward clients for staying with your business over time rather than switching over to another provider.

4. Ask for feedback. It's important to get the new clients' perspectives on your products and services. What could you improve? Are there any changes they would make? Asking for feedback shows that you care about their needs.

5. Respond quickly. If your company receives an email from the client, respond as soon as possible. This shows them that their business matters to your company. It also helps create a positive relationship between the two companies.
