Web design is a skill that has been around for quite some time now, it involves building websites, landing pages for clients, you can learn the skill in a month and build a portfolio, I think that's the easy path, the difficult thing is selling the skill, how can you find clients and offer them your services.
You can do that by creating a Facebook page, go to Google and search'Ads Library' and search for web design in your country and then copy the ad that's Liv there, put some cash and run the same ad, you'll land clients easily.
