There are enormous ways by which you can lose weight naturally and at home.

Eat a protein rich diet: Here in protein helps to build muscle mass gain, which helps in increased metabolic rate & decreased calorie intake.

Follow healthy eating habits, few of them might exclude:
Eating too fast.
Always eating dessert.
Skipping meals.
Eating when not hungry.
Always cleaning your plate.
Eating while standing up (may lead to mindless eating)

Also what needs to be included is exercising, yoga and top of them sticking to healthy habits for long time.
