You can loose weight by not eating too much and you can also loose weight by eating enough fruits.also do a lot of exercise it's very good for the body

Don't eat too much food.eat limitedly to stop the weight and also don't consume junks.when you consume junks it can make you fat and it's not good.

There are many ways that we can use to lose weight and as long as we follow all the instructions there is no how you won't notice changes regarding your weight most especially engaging in the exercise and low Calories food part there is no how you won't be able to lose weight
