We know that a biggest problem specially for women is obesity. I want to know that how can i loose weight. I know that exercise is the best solution of it. But i also want to know about other measures.

Managing your weight can be a challenge as special diets and exercise routines come and go. However, by combining these two approaches you can begin to lose weight and set the foundation for long-term success.

First off, you need to set your goals. For example, your goal might be to lose 50lbs in a year. What's your diet going to be like? Will you follow a high protein low fat diet? Or will you follow a particular specialist's plan? You also need to decide on what exercise program is right for you. High impact like running and aerobics, or low-impact like yoga? There are thousands of possibilities to choose from. Don't forget, short term goals are more effective than long-term ones. Make sure to set and achieve small goals along the way. This will keep you motivated to continue your quest for weight loss.

Hi. Hope you are doing well. Your post is very interesting because today almost everybody is interested in losing weight.

I believe that if you want to lose weight, you should exercise every day. Undoubtedly, exercise can improve your health and physical ability. There are various forms of exercise to choose from like walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, biking, climbing stairs or hills, playing tennis or basketball.
Personally, I like walking because it is an easy exercise and you can do it every day.

Apart from exercise if you want to lose weight, you should have a healthy, balanced diet. For a balanced diet, you should eat plenty of colourful vegetables, legumes/beans, fruit, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds, milk, yoghurt, cheese or their alternatives with reduced fat. It is also important to drink plenty of water. Scientists recommend eight glasses of water every day if you want to stay hydrated. Furthermore, fresh juices are very helpful since fruits are a very good source of minerals and vitamins.

In conclusion, a healthy, balanced diet in combination with daily moderate exercise can help you lose weight and be healthy at the same time.

You can lose weight by monitoring your diet you are taking everyday.
Make sure you are taking a cup of water early in the morning when you wake up from bed. Make sure you monitor your weight everyday in order to know what your weight measured. Try not to be eating solid food in the night in order to lower your high-level cholesterol.

Well, there are several ways and methods to imbibe if you are hoping or planning to loose your excess weight. Personally I will recommend the following methods for your for fast results;

Eat more of vegetables, milk, cereal, breads etcetera. You should also incorporate eating foods that are protein rich in diet. Such as milk, fish, prawns, beef, cheese, pork, chicken, turkey, crab, lobster among others.

In other to lose your excess weight faster, you need to burn more calories than you consume daily though this might not be simple as it sounds. You should also avoid late night food. You can be drinking a glass of milk at your bed time routinely. You should be selecting the types of foods you would be consuming by staying off foods that can trigger your weight gain

Take a glass of lukewarm water in addition with lemon daily in the morning this is said to aid weight loss thus, you need to incorporate this as well in your daily routine alongside your workout. Eating foods that are high in dietary fiber Is also believed to be aiding weight loss, Personally, this has work for me.

Alcohol is another thing you should stay away from, drinking alcohol can increase your weight overnight, so it is best to stay clear from it.

I think I have already tried all the fast diets - in fact it only helps for a couple of days and then I gain weight again, I wrote earlier that I will try the military diet - girls, I don't know how it works, but in 7 days I lost 3 kg, but I ate only what is written there and all the products are available - maybe I will help someone too
