Sometimes when we are wounded or injured the best we can do to make the wound heal is by bandaging it . No doubt bandaging the wound is indeed a way of caring for a wounded skin , because bandaging it would keep the wound a way from blood sucking insects to perch on it . Other ways to care for a wounded skin is to improve our nutrition . Nutritional foods with nutrients like zinc and potassium help in the fastening healing of wound another worn out part of the body . Food such as mushroom , kale , ginger , and garlic are considered to be major foods that contains zinc and potassium including sulphur . And so including one or two of these foods in our meal can help in the fasting healing of a wounds .

Finally , another way that we can fasten the healing ability of a wounded body is by keeping it neat and tidy . Majority of people when they bandage a big wound do not care to open it on one or twice occasions . This is absolutely wrong because for a wound to heal faster it need moisture . And so sometimes we have to clean the wound with hot water and medicated soap one time or another so as to fasting the healing process .

Do you have a wound that just won't heal? Are you tired of bandaging it up and wishing for better? If so, then you've come to the right place.

The wounds that take the longest to heal are typically those that occur on the feet or legs. These areas of the body tend to be far more exposed than other parts of the body, which means they are also more prone to getting injured. When these wounds are left untreated, they can become infected and cause further damage to your body. That's why it's important to treat them as soon as possible.

Here are some tips for fastening the healing ability of a wound:

-Use a warm compress on your injury several times daily if possible, as heat helps open up blood vessels and promote circulation around an injury site.

-Apply honey directly onto the wound for about 20 minutes at least once per day; this will help reduce inflammation while killing off any harmful bacteria present in or near your open sore!

-Keep bandages clean by washing them regularly when changing them out- dirt buildup can slow down healing time drastically!

-Lastly, this is hard but very effective, you see it in foreign movies and it's real. If you got injured by a sharp object like nail or bottle, apply palmoil on a hot knife, gently let it into the wound, ensure you clean the wound before doing this, you can also press the knife on it. This is preferrable if the wound is underneath your leg. Don't try this if you cannot endure or if you have other choice.
