Managers are the heads of a companies, organizations or business firm, they are bestowed with great responsibilities, they delicate their time and energy to put things in order, just as we have a good managers, there are bad ones aswell, but the question is how can someone be a good manger in his or her place of work?

A GOOD MANAGER WORK WITH HIS/HER TEAM- as a manager who has goals to reach in your company or organization you have to carry everyone along, you have to work with them not working above them.

A GOOD MANAGER UNDERSTAND THE STRENGTH OF HIS/HER EMPLOYEES- understanding the limitations of your employees is a quality sign of a good business manager.

A GOOD MANAGER WORK WITH HIS/ HER TEAM- when managers work with their team it helps them understand everyone in the team,is also another way to learn from their employees and teach them aswell.
