Pre approach:
It deals with preparing to meet with the prospect by gathering information as to when and how to discuss with them and preparing oneself with the product and other materials necessary for meeting.

Here, the entrepreneur or his sale man raises predicted questions in the heart of the prospect and answers answers them as well as the ones raised by the prospect.

This a very crucial stage that the seller is expected to declare the urgency or the need for the prospect to buy now perhaps because of reduced prices or convenience of bringing close to them. This stage requires that the customers buy the produce at a stated amount.
