The buyer has to spend time researching the various options, to find a seller matching the budget. The buyer then has to research the seller, and ensure that he is genuine. After this he has to spend time completing all the legal formalities, often visiting the registration office. This can take a long time, usually a few days or weeks. the buyer has to leave aside all other activities. From your experience, how much time does it take to complete a deal for selling or buying property?
