How comfortability of workers and staff could be enhanced.

Majority of business owner do not consider their workers , staff , or employees as part of the business going concern , and so they do not get involved on the various ways to make their workers , staff , and employees , to be comfortable in the process of carrying out tasks and duties assigned to them from the employer or from other superior authorities . Some of the ways to enhance the comfortability of workers , staffs , and employees is to make the employees working area comfortable for easy free flow of working activities and practices . To be more elaborate and clear the employees working area should be well ventilated , so that air can come in to and fro so as not to create stuffiness and uncomfortability . if the business organisation is wealthy enough , their employees or staffs working area should be air conditioned .

The employees and staffs working area must be properly lighted up , so that business activities and practices could be carried out even at noon . The business organisation must also provide in place the existence of enough office and business machine to every workers and stuffs fasten the achieving of business goals and objectives as expected . Every business owner must understand that the more he makes his employees comfortable in the process of achieving business goals and objectives , they more likely his or her business organisation has the potential to reach higher heights thereby flourishing .
 
Making your customer comfortable and enjoy working for you is important cause it will affect your business positively.
When you ease the tension in the working atmosphere by not being hostile and by treating all equal. By giving them incentives they become more comfortable and do the work heartily because aside their regular payment you encourage them with the little things you might think doesn't really matter.
 
Well said, the truth of the matter is if the workers are not comfortable with where they would, they would be a decline in productivity. This is why most persons tend to search of other places to work once they feel they are not being treated well. Like where I am currently working, the place is always hot. The chairs we use are not good, even the system we use in working are outdated, yet nothing has been done to correct this. It makes us get tired easily to work.
 
Of course a comfortable working environment will increase productivity. That's one thing that shouldn't be underestimated by an employer.

In my last job as an intern, we had days where some staff were given days off simply because there was no space to accommodate all of us at the same time. This will definitely lead to a decrease in output as one person will then have to attend to double or triple the number of customers than the work was designed for. Mix ups do occur, and sometimes we forget some drugs or do not have enough time to counsel patients on how to use their drugs.
 
I personally want to see a world where equal pay and rights are given to all workers. For example, men needs paternity leave just same way women do. Payment shouldn't be based on gender and every worker must be treated fairly.

For comfort, the workspace is what makes the difference. How much effort are you making to improve the workspace of your workers? Employers need to take it seriously because this will make every worker more excited to do the work.
 
In any business or organization, the comfortability of employees matters a lot. This topic should always be a continuous center of discussion but sadly, it is being pushed aside because they employers think it is only the customers that should be treated with comfort. The employees or workers are the key elements that would harness the drive of sales to reach the audience of customers. Before you have access to customers, the workers must have done a good job and it is very wrong when they are sideline. The maltreatment of workers has gone on for a very long time and even in this 21st century, some employers do operate modern day slavery.

Employees are the life-wire and spice of an organization. There is no organization that can function without human labor to carry out some responsibilities and as such, they deserve all the motivation to spur them in working hard. The employer of labor should be aware in his conscious mind that employees are humans just like him and he should treat them with respect, reward them and compensate through various ways like; award recognition, promotion, fringe benefits, salary increment, day-off. When employees are rightly motivated, there would be positive result in total workers productivity.
 
The comfortability of workers and employees in a particular business organisation can totally boost the productivity of such business has to make expected profit and expected income. For a business to strive successfully it must definitely have good working environment for it workers and employees to perform their role and duties perfectly pertaining to the achievement of goals and objectives. Goals and objectives of business organisations can only be achieved if they are good working environment and facilities in the business organisation.

Good working environment consist of spacious environment field with light bulbs so that employees and workers can work at night and in terms of facility that simply means that office machines and equipment such as laptop devices, photocopy machine, and order office equipment should definitely be in good order to ease and accelerate the smooth free flow of employees duties and activities. The use of office equipment and machines can also help in the fast attending to customers and clients, and to make sure that each and every one of them are consequently attended to.
