A business owner or manager might think that it is a good action or move to higher his or her family members to work in his or her business organization. Possibly it could be a family business and so the successor of the family business might employ his or her siblings and relatives to constitute the workers working in the business environment. There are advantages and disadvantage to this but one of the major advantage to this is that it promotes unity and there is absolutely no form of disagreements when family members are the ones working and managing the business, on the other hand the major demerits or disadvantage of this kind of business environment is that no one would want to act professionally since all our familiar with each other which of course could chase away potential business investors and business deal seekers.
