Before hiring staff you need to carry out some checks on them This is for you to really get to know the individual you are hiring for your jobs

You need to check candidate’s employment history to know previous position and date of employment.

Take a look at their criminal background. This will help you verifies the candidate criminal record. If they do have a criminal record of either arrests, convictions or sentencing.

You would need to verifying the candidate’s Social Security number to know their idIdentity

Another is credit history check to verify basic information like financial stability, their name, address etc
