Cashew fruit has a lot of benefits in our system.
The cashew tree (Anacardium occidentale) is a tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew seed and the cashew apple accessory fruit. The tree can grow as high as 14 m (46 ft), but the dwarf cultivars, growing up to 6 m (20 ft), prove more profitable, with earlier maturity and greater yields. The cashew seed is commonly considered a snack nut (cashew nut) eaten on its own, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. Like the tree, the nut is often simply called cashew. Cashew allergies are triggered by the proteins found in tree nuts, and cooking often does not remove or change these proteins.

Cashew can be processed in 3 different ways:

👉Cashew Fruit
👉Cashew Nut
👉Cashew Leaf

Cashew is a delicious nut that can be added to a variety of dishes. It is also a nutritious food that can provide some health benefits.

Cashew nuts are an excellent source of copper, which is essential for the growth and maintenance of tissues, healthy bones and skin, and the production of red blood cells. These nuts also contain high levels of magnesium, which works with the other minerals in cashews to help maintain strong bones and teeth. Cashews are also a good source of manganese, which helps the body maintain healthy nerve and brain function.

In addition to being full of vitamins and minerals, cashews are rich in many antioxidants that may help prevent disease. This includes oleic acid, palmitoleic acid, and phytosterols beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol. In particular, oleic acid has been linked to lower cholesterol levels in people with diabetes.

Phytochemicals in cashews may help protect against cataracts. They also contain an anti-inflammatory compound called anacardic acid (also found in poison ivy), which may be helpful for people with inflammatory diseases such as asthma or rheumatoid arthritis.

High content of Vitamin B6 which plays an important role in metabolism, immune function and nervous system maintenance. Cashews also contain L-arginine for healthy blood pressure levels as well as heart function."
