Another difference I see between gambling and forex is that to an extent gambling could be manipulated and it doesn't really need much factors of consideration but in forex there are ways you will get updates and when you put them into use why trading it you will hardly lose. We should also know that forex involves investments.

Do you mean forex trade. forex trade is very different from gamble this is because gambling is just a game of luck it is not an investment or a business but forex trade is a business whereby you buy and sell out different type currency. And forex traders is generally classified as a legal business.
