Antioxidants: You need to eat foods like dark chocolates, artichoke, pecans, red cabbage, raspberries, strawberries regularly as these foods contain a lot of antioxidants. Antioxidants prevent cell damages caused by toxins.

Olive Oil: If you want to choose healthy fats, eat olive oil as it does not builds up bad cholesterol.

Berries: All types of berries for example, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries are good for your health. They not only improve your circulatory system but also nervous system

Fish: Japanese are the longest living people on earth. Their average life expectancy for both sexes is 85.03 years. The research on why Japanese live longest has linked to their diet that includes a lot of fish.

Vegetables: vegetables are low calorie but high in nutrients. Vegetables contain a lot of minerals and vitamins. Some of the bets vegetables are kale, broccoli, cabbage, spinach etc.

Apart from aforementioned foods, you also need to include beans, nuts, dairy products, whole grains, and herbs in your daily diet.

I do not like the taste of broccoli but it is actually one of the best vegetables. It has anti-cancer properties. When you are eating broccoli, make sure is it not overly cooked. Cooking destroys its nutritional value. Normal Cabbage and red cabbages are very good vegetables, you can make stew, soups, or eat raw by including them in your salad.
