Fennel: Fennel decreases the re-absorption of cholesterol by the body.

Bitter gourd: Bitter gourd maintains your blood pressure, if you have hypertension, bitter gourd will balance your pressure

Pomegranate: Pomegranate regulates blood pressure.

Garlic: Garlic works as good as blood thinning drugs. Garlic also reduces lipid profile.
