The most relevant indicators of learning are the degree to which employees can apply their knowledge and skills in their own work or in their own jobs. For example, some people have great knowledge and analytical skills but they do not know how to use them. Others have less knowledge but they have a lot of experience and can quickly solve problems.

The next most important indicator is the extent to which employees can transfer their knowledge and skills from one situation to another. For example, some employees can easily learn new things because they are open-minded and inquisitive; others only learn from experience.

The third indicator is how well employees use what they know at work; for example, some people are slow learners but quickly master new technologies, while others are slow learners but take longer to adapt to new technologies.

The fourth indicator relates to how well employees understand each other's work and communicate effectively with each other; for example, some people are very good at communicating with other people but do not understand what others say; others are good communicators but do not speak clearly enough for others to understand them; still others are excellent communicators.
