Periodic Evaluation to carry out in the workplace

There are different areas in the workplace that you need to periodically evaluate to either detect fraud or be in the know about as a manager or a boss. You need to do this all the time so as to help put things under control.

So what are the different areas for evaluation

Time evaluation– Some staff are crafty and they can get their friends to punch in and out for them to get paid for hours that they haven’t worked. So the workplace keep paying people that didn't do the work. This must be evaluated and such habit totally prevented.


Cash and stock evaluation! Staff in the workplace can actually steal cash by avoiding to input the correct transactions through the cash register. Even for stock they can be stolen via use of personal bags or garbage bags. Early evaluation can detect this.

Vendor Evaluation– This is where staff set-up fraudulent vendor accounts then issue checks to the fake vendor. The evaluation will help to stop this on time.
