A very good question for you. It is also eligible online and offline, but we are talking online now because we are referring here.

If you buy a share in a company / firm, are you part of it? Not entirely, at least there 5-10%. In case something happens, can you claim your legal rights or sue in case they make fun of you and want to run away with the money?

I've heard many friends say that you can't do anything but I think that once you invest legally in a company, then you are part of it and you have certain rights signed on the contract.

So you can't easily do this nonsense. What do you think about investing in companies? Are you part of a company if you buy a share?
