Price is one of the most important product Factor which business owners and business manager should not play with but make sure to stipulate effectively. When the customer want to purchase a product he or she would want to know the price of the product and if possible the price could be favorable or not favorable to him or her. The favorability of a product price to a customer is basically what motivate a customer to purchase or not purchase a product, that is why it is advised that whatever price is being stipulated on a product it must be worth it.

In order to generate the price for a particular product effectively you must make sure to add the product cost with the profit intended to make out of the products. However you must not dubiously add unnecessary profit because doing so will only pursue potential customers and clients. If possible you can follow present marketing trends in order to know the future price of a particular product so that you do not unintentionally chase your potential customers to purchase substitute products or to go buy from your competitors.

A particular business product cannot be sold to a customer or client except a particular price is stipulated on it and this price obviously include the profit as well as the cost of production which the business owner of the business manager have sacrificed to make sure that such products is actually in the position it is for the customer or clients to purchase it. Stipulating price on a product can be a hard task for majority of business owners to do but of course they should do that in such a way that they do not lose.
