A local crypto exchange is refusing to credit the small BTC amount sent by a Spanish customer and is asking for passport or driving license. for the last 3 days. The exchange only has provisions for payment received from locals, it does not have a provision for confirming payment from businesses outside the country since the passport, driving license are only for individuals. Is this a problem faced for other crypto exchanges also, they ask for passport, driving license of the sender for a small amount, less than $10, or only indian exchanges do not have a provision for receiving crypto payment from businesses outside the country?
