High and low blood sugar is never good for you. This is the problem faced by people who are suffering from diabetics. They need to consume suagry food when their sugar levels become too low and they need to get insulin injected when their blood sugar levels become just too high. This is because their body is not able to make insulin. Unfortunately, this leads to many problems in the body. A research that was conducted by scientists of the Joslin Diabetes Center shows that abnormally high blood sugar reduces the effects of exercise on muscles and this affects muscle signalling ability of the body in a really negative manner. This specific study was conducted on animals like mice but it still provides evidence of negative role of high blood sugar levels in human body.

Really appreciate these types of post and when you come to health care it's utmost important to know about this. Blood sugar is affecting in all the ways. Yes when we don't think about eating good food we will end up with so many critical health problems. Not only the blood sugar but also with physical health. Doctors always advice to do exercises but, that only will not enough. Controlling blood sugar level is very important for every individual most especially, aging people. There are a lot of health benefit in which people can derive from checkmating their blood sugar level. Exercise is also another method that people can use to control their blood sugar level and watching of diet is also important.

My wife is recently found out to be diabetic at 7.4 level (the normal is 6.5 or something). She is now prohibited from taking any sweets aside from the smaller quantity of food to eat. Her main problem is the lack of exercise because she has an office job and her focus is on her job and not on her health.

It's not really good , I know about that but some people do not really care they are just concentrating in their businesses and their work most especially on how to raise money but they do not really care about some of the things they eat, this is really dangerous and it is not the best practice at all most especially for older people.
