A job or career is a channel in which a particular individual makes ends meet to satisfy his or her needs and wants, but unfortunately not everyone do feel that way about their job or career and to be more elaborate and clear many do not like their present jobs and careers and this is absolutely caused as a result of some factors and situations frequently and gradually seen when they try to give in their best to make sure that their do your job and career rewards them remarkably. A good example of what we are trying to talk about is when an individual is underpaid in his or her present job or career. Underpayment is absolutely a total disagreement by all business or organisational employee and workers and when a particular employee or worker is underpaid after he or she might have spent a whole lot of time and energy in making sure that the organisational goals and objectives are achieved, he or she begins to develop a dislike for his or her job or career.

Another possible reason why people may end up not liking their job or career is as a result of some behavioral influence of one individual making them not feeling comfortable and conducive in the business environment. Such negative behaviours and attitudes could emanate from the business employer or manager or from a co-worker or co-employee. It could be relatively-resolved when the negative behaviour is exhibited by a co-worker, but it can be worst if the negative behaviour is exhibited by the business manager or employer.

One of the common reasons why a majority of people love their job is absolutely because of the salary amount they get to be paid or compensated with but on the other hand many people do not like their job because they are underpaid in their various job work places. Being underpaid as an employee is absolutely another reason to dislike your job and that can be totally explained it a more elaborate sense when an individual has to perform a whole lot of financial responsibilities and priorities in his or her life and yet the job in which he or she indulges his or herself doesn't pay him or her comfortably and reasonably, such individual may have to look for another job or possibly have to look for a second means of income to couple with his or her underpaying job.

Another possible reason why people made this like their job is because they face a whole lot of emotional crisis from cool employees and coworkers such as tribal discrimination, prejudice, and language discrimination. Working in a business environment that makes you feel isolated and discriminated is absolutely enough reason to dislike your job environment and possibly look for a better alternative.

There are a lot of reasons why you might not like your job, and it's important to be honest about that. It's also important to remember that you don't have to stay in the same job forever. You can change careers or move forward with your career if you feel that your current position isn't right for you anymore.

Here are some common reasons people dislike their jobs:

1. Lack of challenge: If your job does not offer an opportunity for growth or advancement, then it could be time for a change. Even if the company has been around for a long time and is growing, there may be more opportunities elsewhere that would allow you to grow within the company.

2. Poor management: This can happen when employees do not have clear goals set out by managers, who don't know how best to work with their employees or what kind of leadership style will suit them best (e.g., bossy vs collaborative).

3. Lack of personal development opportunities: If there's no room for growth within your current job, then maybe a new one would better suit your needs!

There was a recent concluded research I. America that states 70% of employees don't enjoy what they do, this isn't far fetched really, the US has great social amenities and good welfare packages but still people don't enjoy the work, now imagine that study was done in Nigeria, what will happen?

We have unfavorable work places and most jobs demands are really crazy, some people work till late in the evenings, you have to be really strong to survive the working culture over here.

These are one of the reasons people don't find any fun in working for others or working in companies.

Another reason can be lack of passion, individuals get involved in paid employment to take care of their bills, so there is not any passion, they just do the bare minimum and leave it at that, they don't really love it, they only like it because it pays their bills.
