Carrier as a Point of Salesperson insurance agent

A POSP (Point of Salesperson) is an insurance agent. These POC work with insurance companies to sell insurance policies to customers as per their individual needs. It goes from active income to passive income.

Starting with activity:-
Initially, the POSP has to do its work with active participation. They may have to find customers by traveling outside or promoting the company's advertisements on social media.

Active Earnings: Their income is based on a commission; the more policies they sell, the more they earn. There is not a lot of risk involved; you just need to have selling skills.
Passive Earnings: When a customer is satisfied with the policy, he/ she will renew the policies, this will earn passive income to the POSP who brought the customer.

Caution
The POSP should take care that he does not sell such a thing to the customer that makes him dissatisfied, otherwise he may become hostile to that POSP agent in the future.
