Real estate investment is for people with a lot of money to invest and have a lot of patience to wait for the returns. You can't make quick money in real estate; it takes years to see profits. If you're in a hurry to sell because you need money, you might not make much profit. Investing in property and then selling for profits can be achievable only by people with a lot of money. For rest of the people, real estate agent or even real estate promoter and marketer can be lucrative career.
