Well, these are of course one of the high traffic keywords and topics, but they are not underrated. If you check these topics on any keyword tools, you will see that these topics have a lot of interest among internet searches and there are too many content on these niches. I do not think there are any topics that are not saturated. If you find any unsaturated topics, you will probably find these topics do not have any traffic. The purpose of SEO is to rank top for high-traffic keywords and not to become 1 of 1. If you appear number one for a keyword that does not even get 50 searches in a month, what is the point of SEO? You can choose any niche but you will have to explore topics within the niche that have not been widely explored.
