Yoghurt are very nutritious to our health but not all your yoghurt are nutritious and healthy like the yoghurt that sugar are added doesn't add any benefit to the health but yoghurt with no added sugar provides a lot of nutrient that is needed in our body and also benefits to our health

Yogurt is rich in proteins . Yogurt contains riboflavin, vitamins B6, vitamins B12, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
The yogurt is made from bacterial fermentation of milk .
There are many benefits of eating yogurt.
1. Yugurt can boost your immune system.
2 . Yugurt is beneficial for your heart health .
3. It is very beneficial for your bones health .
4. Yugurt can reduce the risk of cancer .

Yoghurts are healthy and creemy liquid that is good in taste and has alot of benefit that it supplies to our body system.
It gives us healthy teeth, improves digestive health, it is highly rich in protein and healthy fats.
Yoghurts is said to help in the reduction of type 2 diabetes, eating the right kind of yogurt that is not loaded with sugar helps to keep a good sugar level. It improves the immune system and helps digestion. It lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and reduces the high blood pressure. It teduces the risk of cancer. It has alot of benefit in women, helps in fertility.

I love yoghurt so much and I know that it is very nutritious. It has been made using several ingredients that are really beneficial to the body. One of them being low fat proteins. They help build your body and repairs tissues. At the same time, it goes not cause health problems since it has low fats.

I also like it because it helps with yeast infection which affects most women. You can deal with the yeast infection both by drinking the yoghurt and by smearing the yoghurt on the lady parts where the yeast infection has affected you. You will see that it will start healing with time. This is because it will help restore the acid levels in the vagina.

Those who are on a goal to loose weight should drink yoghurt because of its low fat. You won't be getting any unhealthy weight gain and you will be feeling fill hence won't be eating so much. Plus it comes with the benefit of strengthening your bones and teeth.
