Fruit has always been of great advantages to the health and apples in particular provides a lot of nutrient to the body that is why it is always important to eat fruit at least 4 times in a week as they help to reduce the risk of having certain diseases

From the adage that says an apple a day sends a doctor away. We will know that there is truly much benefit of apples if truly and medically eaten. The green one is very medicinal and should be taken at least after each meal in order to improve the health nature of human.

This is the old saying.. Our forefathers died by saying these because there is authentic reason behind it.. as apple have an ability that it controls our cholesterol and are good in maintain blood pressure issues.
Apple is also good for our skins as it contains many vitamins in it.
