If we eat one apple with 1 glass of milk in the monrning with empty stomach then it helps you to never become a sick and remains fresh the whole day and also complete iron deficiency which is also called anemia and if we eat apply with peeling the outer layers then it opens the veins of heart and keep your heart healthy .
