Water melon is a good fruit. Water melon is filled with amino acids known as citrulline. Which can Lower your blood pressure and can help to move blood from the body. Water melon is a great source of vitamins A. Water melon is fully filled with vitamins C it helps the body to absorb iron. Water melon has lycopene. There is 90% water in water melon and 10% other minerals and vitamins like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium and starch etc. If there is lack of water in our body so water melon eliminates the lack of water in our body. Eat the water melon cold and avoid drinking water after eating it.

It is the best summer fruit for me! I am sure that many people like this fruit as well. I fully agree with everything you mention in your thread about this delicious fruit and it is so much appreciated that you took the time to inform us about its health benefits. Undoubtedly, watermelon is a great source of vitamins and minerals so it is very good for our health. For this reason, it is very important to consume a lot of watermelon in summer. Water melon are a popular fruits which is helpful to human health, they helps in improving human kidney health, this is due to the presence of medicinal compunds they contains. Water melon are packed with enough calcium and potassium which helps in removing toxins and dangerous substance from the kidneys. The presence of calcium is said to also helps in reducing the amount of uric acid in human body.

Watermelon is one of the most common fruit in the world, it has a sweet taste and I love eating them. Water melons are delicious and refreshing fruit, they are very low calories but high in vitamin C, vitamin A and many other healthy and nutritious compounds water melon are a great source of water, they contain a high content if water which helps to keep our body full and also makes it hydrating. They are also rich in vitamin A which we all know to be an antioxidant, and this antioxidants helps to prevent damages from free radicals.
