An employer is totally superior to an employee, and in a business organisation the employer at some point has the sole duty and objective to assign and allot tasks and duties to his or her employees which no doubt enables the easy and equitably accomplishing and attaining of business goals and objectives . And employer definitely can choose to be what ever he or she wants to be , probably because the business organisation belongs to him or her and he or she alone formulates and also regulates rules and principles governing the peace , or free and fair easy flow of business activities and practices going on in the business environment . With that being said , it is absolutely advised that a business employer maintains a positive and not a questionable attitude or attributes . Although majority of business owners and business managers today lord it over themselves to exhibit various qualities and behaviours that totally makes them feel fearsome and fearful possibly to their employees and also to individuals making up members of the public .

A business employer indirectly is also a leader , and if there is any truth we know about a leader it's basically the fact that he or she is approachable , understanding , and most importantly thankful . A business employer is likened to a leader because just as a leader coordinates and organize his or her people and also endeavour to understand their problem/pleas and also give sound and valid solutions and answers to them , a business owner also does the same by understanding and getting to know his or her employees more better .

It is particularly true that majority of business owners and business managers totally use the quality of force and autocracy to manage and to control their business and also members such as their customers and clients including their employees and workers as well in order to carry out business goals and objectives and make them achievable . It is never advised for a business owner of a business employee to manage his or her business with such intention because the results totally would be irreparable and so much consequential .

If we want to manage and control our business in the best possible way it is totally analysed that as the business owner they must exhibit good qualities such as politeness and being approachable by our employees and workers . In order to promote a good working environment for our employees and workers so as to achieve business goals and objectives we must endeavour to give them that by not making them feel afraid from us being a business owner but make yourself approachable and reachable by them especially if they have questions to ask on a particular assigned business goal or objective . It is totally true that an employer is a leader and he or she must exhibit and show leadership qualities .
