Majority of employees today who work under an employer that own large and small scale commercial business organisations and Enterprises today have failed in the act of processing their fiduciary duties . And by the word fiduciary duty , I simply mean being loyal to their respective employers . Sometimes employees are being paid a considerate and positive amount of money by their business competitors and business rivals just for them to release some top secret , information's , and idea about their business or about his or her employer . It is important that we understand that releasing unauthorized information to business competitors and business rivals could make our employer and his or her business to be vulnerable , and by far we have break our fiduciary duty towards our employee and towards the business .

Our employer is not the only one to lose we also stand the chance to lose our job especially when the business secret is been exposed to members of the public or to business rivals and competitors . Majority of businesses today have gone bankrupt , liquidate , and shut down as a result of their employees mistake and error by saying some unauthorised about the business or about his or her employer information that he or she shouldn't have made known to members of the public all to business rivals and competitors .
