While there are higher rates of unemployment and lack of jobs on the job market, it's very essential to have the sense for maintaining your employees on your business company. There are so many benefits for doing this as a business mind you.

According to the reports there is a higher number of employees that would constantly leave their jobs because of bad management on the company.
Secondly, the lack of training and good induction on your human resources is another reason for the employees to fly away.
Also the payment of very low salaries and rewards together with the poor working environment culminates to the high rates of employee turnover on the company.

High rate of employee turnover do occur in a situation where there is economic inbalance. Economic inbalance in the sense that inflationary trend is lopsided. A situation where too much money is chasing few goods. Investors that are owning the business are finding it difficult to run the business expenses viz a viz electricity , transportation and other logistics expenses.

This will make the business investors not to be able to solve staff welfarism and other employee demand like increase in wages and salaries.

While the workers will continue demanding for what will make life easy and pleasant for them. In a country where there are political instability and economic downturn, employee turnover will alwayd be on the increase especially those will be moving to diaspora.

Employee will continue to be happening globally especially in a disorganised country

Employees turnover will be high in companies with bad working conditions. Workers will constantly want to leave their jobs in such condition. Bad management of the company is another one. Employees don't like to be where there disorganisation.

Again, with presence of no training and good induction on human resources in a company or business there's bound to be high level of employees turnover.

Employees hardly stays where payment of salaries and rewards together is very low as people needs comfortable life.

Most of the people are leaving their jobs intentionally than being sacked or downsized. There are many employers that are not providing the basic conditions for the employees to thrive. They do treat them like slaves rather than seeing them as servants that they ought to be.

Aside this, there is no more job opportunities especially in the third world countries. And where there are job opportunities, it is very underpaid making most of them to prefer being unemployed than receiving salary that will not even cater for their basic needs.
