The best decision anyone can make is to start a business instead of trying to work for someone else. There are a lot of advantages involved in starting and managing your own business which are as follows.
1. You make the required decisions that are in the best interest of your business. You don't have to wait for anyone to tell you what they think you should do.

2. Since you are your own boss you are not answerable to anyone. You can run your business the way you didn't fit without having to worry about what any boss will say.

3. You have freedom to engage in other activities that you like. Once you have employed people to help you manage your business you have time to either pursue other important activities or to have fun.

4. No profit sharing. If at some stage your business begins to make a lot of profit you are not under obligation to share it with anyone but yourself only full stop of course you can give your employees some bonuses but you enjoy most of the profits yourself.

So for this reason is it is certain that starting your own business has more advantages than getting a job.

As far as I am concerned on this subject, I would say this; There are more benefits for operating your own business than being employed. Some of the reasons are;

- Enjoying profits of the business
As we all know that the main purpose for any business is making profits. So it's upon the business owners to decide whether to spend the profits or reinvesting to the business.

Provision of goods and services to the people
When you open your business, definitely you are likely to sell goods and services to the customers.
In that process you would be availing the goods and services to the people.
