Why you shouldn't work in one organization beyond three years.

When it comes to human interaction, the longer you are being known in a particular place, the less valued you become overtime. Humans tend to warm up to people that are not completely unveiled. When they have seen all of you, they tend to be too familiar and contempt might set in.

That's the reason I advocate that an employee should not work in a particular place for more than 3 years. After 3 years, a person should seek a new adventure and go to new grounds. That is why people are being transferred in the civil service and multi-nationals. There is every tendency that as a staff in an organization working for more than three years, the familiarity might lead to loss of value. Seek a transfer to another branch or another department. It helps to keep your profile healthy. Don't stick in one department/ branch or even organization for longer than necessary.
