An offshore broker is a broker that has a license of an island country such as Vanuatu, Fiji or Solomon Island, you shouldnt open an account with such brokers because they can decide to close their website and that is all you do not have any proof against them because they will just revoke their license and off they go, if you are to open account with such brokers you should only deposit an amount you can afford to lose and you should only work with brokers from UK, US or Eu because they adhere to regulation, and even if they go out of business they have insurance with big banks.
