According to recent discoveries, tobacco use is estimated to contribute to 440,000 death per year in US and is associated with 10 million cases of chronic lung's and blood vessel's diseases. This is very lethal.

There are more than four thousand (4,000 ) identified chemicals found in cigarette smoke, which have various carcinogenic and mutagenic effects (43 known).

The three most health damaging of the chemicals in tobacco smoke are nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide.

The dose of exposure are expressed in terms of pack years. For instance Five pack years means smoking one pack of cigarettes daily for 5 years.

The Most common diseases caused by cigarette smoking involve the lungs and include:
Emphysema
Chronic bronchitis
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Lung cancer
Cigarette smoking increases risk for: atherosclerosis and cancers (from the lips and mouth down to the pharynx, esophagus, pancreas, bladder, kidney, and cervix)

Maternal smoking increases the risk of:
Spontaneous abortions and
Preterm births

Increased risk of coronary Aterosclerosis and fatal Maternal infections

The risks of getting diseased as a result of smoking is far much more than the benefits and pleasures you can get from it

That is why it is strongly advised that in other to live long and stay healthy you should not smoke tobacco or anything associated with it

Smoking is a very bad habit which should not be done so don't smoke it's not good.when you smoke you tend to have different kind of disease like heart disease or heart problem or kidney stones or kidney problem so don't smoke it's not good for the health.also when you smoke your teeth start to decay and turn brown which is not good for the health.so please don't smoke it's dangerous to the health
