Sometimes organizational employees and workers usually behave and act abnormally in the organisation, thereby making the organization's employers and superiors to be stuck at the decision whether to terminate such employee or worker behaving abnormally and illicitly. First and foremost behaving illicitly in a business organisation is absolutely not tolerated because illicit behaving can totally have a non-positively influence and negative effects on the conduciveness of the business environment for other co-employees and co-workers to adequately carry out their day-to-day responsibilities and duties. A good example can be explained when a particular male employee exhibits the negative quality of sexual harassment towards female employees, these makes the female employees in the organisation to never be at rest. And instead of them focusing on the duties and responsibilities assigned to them, they begin to think about how to not be a victim of subject to the sexual harassing male employee.

With that being said, the sexual harassing employee could be the brain box making the business organisation to achieve greater and higher heights, he can absolutely be the one behind the business success and prosperity and so terminating him from being an employee because of his sexual harassing attitude towards female employees could bring the business a whole lot of losses. It profits a business no good, to watch other employees get distracted because of one illicit behaving employee.

The termination of an employee's contract as an employee, is absolutely mandatory when such employee he behaves illicitly or in a prohibited way. And just like you have already mention that's when employees showcase attitude and negative behaviours like sexual harassment it is absolutely enough reason for him or her to be exempted or to be sacked as an employee in a business organisation so as not to corrupt the environment thereby affecting the peaceful coexistence of other employees carrying out their responsibilities and duties.

Indeed it can be very hard for business employers to terminate a particular employee even if he or she behaves prohibitedly and illicitly. It's absolutely profits a business organisation nothing, seeing other employees complaining over a particular employee who do not make them feel satisfied and comfortable while carrying out their day-to-day business and organisational responsibilities. The employee behaving illicitly should be constantly warned but if there is no change in his or her behaviour then the business employers can file for a termination of such employee.

Employment is like a contract, it is a written rules that you have to follow and before an employee becomes a staff there has to be an offer or contract making it explicit on what is expected of the employee.

I don't think this is complicated in any way, if you hire someone that is not putting in the input that you agreed on, go ahead and fire them straight up, I know it's a hard decision, but remember your business is your number one priority, anybody that is trying to sabotage that should be fired.

Hiring is hard, there are no doubts about that, finding people that are as passionate as you in a business is actually hard to get, but if you keep on looking and interviewing you will certainly find a good fit, you rather be under staffed than to have an unproductive staff especially if it's for a basic role that most people can do.

When an employee is behaving in an illicit manner, it can be difficult to decide whether or not to terminate their employment. There are a few key factors to consider before making this decision.

The first factor is the severity of the employee's behavior. If the employee is engaging in illegal activities or serious misconduct, then termination may be the best option. However, if the employee is simply engaging in questionable behavior, such as using company resources for personal gain, then termination may not be necessary.

The second factor is the impact of the employee's behavior on the company. If the employee's behavior is negatively impacting the company's reputation or bottom line, then termination may be the best option. However, if the employee's behavior is not having a significant impact on the company, then termination may not be necessary.

The third factor is the likelihood that the employee will continue to engage in illicit behavior. If the employee has a history of engaging in illicit behavior, or if there is evidence that the employee is likely to continue engaging in such behavior, then termination may be the best option. However, if the employee has no history of illicit behavior or there is no evidence that the employee is likely to continue engaging in such behavior, then termination may not be necessary.

Making the decision to terminate an employee's employment is never easy. However, by considering the severity of the employee's behavior, the impact of the employee's behavior on the company, and the likelihood that the employee will continue to engage in illicit behavior, you can make the best decision for your company.

You have a point there though, certain times most of these workers act anyhow because they feel they are very important to the company so no matter what they do, they would always be needed. But another aspect most business owners fail to put into consideration is the fact that the image and reputation of the company matters a lot. I have seen cases where most companies loose the opportunity to handle certain projects even when it is pretty clear that they are the best to handle it, due to the fact that their reputation has been damaged by one or two workers.

Employees cannot have same capacity of work during all the day. Most of employees when working devellopement from 9 to 5 so at 4 oclock becomes very tired and cannot devellop as the beginning of the day. So the work schedule decrease and many of them by absence of their boss login in facebook during the last hours, this is the reality. Members are just telling theory but practice shows opposite. I am not talking baout somone how is playing all the day how need to be fired but hardworkers employees.

Having an employee with an illicit behavior is not a good one for business cause the illicit behavior will affect the production of the company or even have negative impact on customers.

When employer is face with this kind of situation, the best thing to do first is to find out what could be the cause of this kind of behavior from such employee more especially if the employee has not been behaving like that before.
There are many reasons that may make an employer to still keep such kind of employee with illicit behavior and some of those reason are discuss below;
If the employee hold a very sensitive position that the employer has not be able to get someone that is better than him or her to handle the position for him.

When an employer hold a sensitive post in the organization it will be very difficult to terminate that kind of employee appointment cause it will be a big loss to the company and will take time to regain what they have loss. The employer will rather see how to manage the employee illicit behavior so as not to affect production or customers.

The employee will only terminate such employee appointment when they have gotten someone else to replace him or her after observing that the illicit behavior is affecting production.

When an employee is engaging in illicit or inappropriate behavior, it can be difficult for a company to take action against them. There may be a number of reasons for this, including:

-The employee may be a high-performing member of the team and the company does not want to lose their skills and experience.
-The employee may be popular with other staff members, making it difficult to take disciplinary action against them.
-There may be a lack of evidence to prove that the employee has actually been engaging in illicit or inappropriate behavior.
-The employee may be protected by a union or other contract, making it difficult to take action against them.

Ultimately, it is up to the company to decide whether or not to take action against an employee for illicit or inappropriate behavior. If the company does decide to take action, they need to be sure that they have a solid case against the employee and that they are prepared to deal with any potential fallout from the situation.
