Sometimes organizational employees and workers usually behave and act abnormally in the organisation, thereby making the organization's employers and superiors to be stuck at the decision whether to terminate such employee or worker behaving abnormally and illicitly. First and foremost behaving illicitly in a business organisation is absolutely not tolerated because illicit behaving can totally have a non-positively influence and negative effects on the conduciveness of the business environment for other co-employees and co-workers to adequately carry out their day-to-day responsibilities and duties. A good example can be explained when a particular male employee exhibits the negative quality of sexual harassment towards female employees, these makes the female employees in the organisation to never be at rest. And instead of them focusing on the duties and responsibilities assigned to them, they begin to think about how to not be a victim of subject to the sexual harassing male employee.
With that being said, the sexual harassing employee could be the brain box making the business organisation to achieve greater and higher heights, he can absolutely be the one behind the business success and prosperity and so terminating him from being an employee because of his sexual harassing attitude towards female employees could bring the business a whole lot of losses. It profits a business no good, to watch other employees get distracted because of one illicit behaving employee.
